Lk12 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the lk12 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date you first register or use the lk12 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lk12 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies available on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the lk12 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be residing in or accessing the platform from a region permitted under your local laws.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not appear on lk12's list of prohibited individuals for reasons including prior fraud or account misuse.
Lk12 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents if required. Fraudulent registration or use of another person's identity details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only on the lk12 platform. Attempting to register more than one account using the same or different identity is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts.
By registering, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
- Choosing a strong password and keeping it secure. lk12 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
- Notify lk12 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensuring no one else uses your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Lk12 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the lk12 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply and there are no hidden charges for deposits made using supported payment methods.
Deposit methods accepted by lk12 include:
- FPX (online banking via major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and others).
- Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of transaction confirmation. lk12 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any suspicious deposit or withdrawal.
For withdrawals, you must register a valid Malaysian bank account in your profile. lk12 only processes withdrawals to a bank account registered under the same account holder's name. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days. lk12 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require further review to verify transaction legitimacy.
Users are not permitted to use the lk12 platform as a channel for money transfers. Any attempt to process suspicious or non-compliant transactions may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.
All amounts displayed on the lk12 platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Please ensure your bank details are up to date before making a withdrawal to avoid processing delays.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limitations
Users of the lk12 platform agree to use this service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the lk12 platform or servers.
- Cheating, manipulating game outcomes, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a lk12 account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Publishing or distributing unlawful, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
Liability Limitation: lk12 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond lk12's control. lk12's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Lk12 also makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur, and lk12 will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Lk12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, multi-account registration, or any activity harmful to the platform or other users.
If your account is suspended, you may submit an appeal by emailing [email protected] with your account details and explanation. lk12 will review the appeal within a reasonable timeframe. If the account closure is the result of a confirmed terms violation, any remaining balance may be held pending completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lk12 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the property of lk12 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of this content without prior written consent from lk12.
Third-Party Links
The lk12 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. lk12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Lk12 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest amendments.
Continued use of the lk12 platform after any updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the lk12 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
